The position being hired will work Monday through Friday 9 am - 6 pm ET schedule. This position will support the Clinical Excellence Department. Caseload will include 2-3 groups per week and 1-2 assessments per day for a total of 10 clinical hours per week. The supervision to caseload ratio will follow a sliding scale between 0 supervisees:40 hours of client care, to 8 supervises:10 hours of patient care, with caseload decreasing as supervisory responsibilities increase. These Lead Clinicians will facilitate a limited number of groups and complete assessments in addition to providing Qualified Supervision to a team of Brave Health’s associated therapists. We are currently seeking 2 Lead Clinicians for Brave’s Clinical Excellence Department. We not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespan. As a community based start-up, our goal is to make quality mental health services accessible for all. Through telehealth services we are able to reach those in need, when and where they need it. Brave Health utilizes the power of technology to eliminate barriers and expand access to high quality mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
